Open Settings → General → About
Tap the Settings app. Scroll down to General and tap it. Tap About at the top of the General menu.

The first item on the About page is Name with your current iPhone name. Tap it.

Clear and type your new name
The name field opens for editing. Tap the X to clear the current name. Type your new name.

Tap Done on the keyboard. Your iPhone name updates immediately. No restart required.
